Statement Of Faith |
We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God, giving a true history of the creation of heaven, earth, and humanity and containing a correct prophecy of the ages to come. We believe that there is only one God--the Creator of heaven and earth, and of all living things. He has revealed Himself to the world as the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. Salvation is the deliverance from all sin and unrighteousness through the blood of Jesus Christ. We believe that salvation consists of the repentance of sin, water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues. We are commanded to live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present world. We must present ourselves as holy unto God, and separate ourselves from all worldliness. We believe that in Jesus dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. Therefore, Jesus, in his humanity, was man; and in His deity, was and is God. He is the only mediater between God and man. We also believe that Jesus Christ is coming back to rapture unto Himself a holy people who have accepted redemption through His blood by water baptism and the in-filing of the Holy Ghost, and who are found faithful when He comes.
